16 Things You'll Learn at the Happiness Retreat

Hi beauties!  
We wanted to share a quick breakdown of everything you'll learn about and experience at the Happiness Retreat!  

1. Goal setting- You'll leave with a crystal clear 10 year vision, flawless, 1 year goals with action plans and an accountability buddy to keep you on track!  Happiness & Development Coach Lauren Bragg will lead you through her PROVEN step by step process of goal setting.  It's time to put check boxes next to the goals you've been trying to accomplish!   
2. Feng Shui- Did you know that de-cluttering and rearranging your home of office can be catalyst for change?  Pamela from Serendipity Consulting will teach you how the flow of energy (or lack thereof) in your home or office may be disrupting your happiest life.  She'll also give you the tools to remedy!  
3. Relationships- When you look at the relationships in your life, what do you see?  Relationship Coach & Love Catalyst April Asher will lead us through a variety of exercises that will teach us how to attract love and elevate all types of relationships. Can't stand your boss?  April has a cure for that!  In a committed relationship that could use some nurturing?  April has a cure for that too!
4. Entrepreneurship- We believe that when we're doing work we love, we create the biggest impact and experience satisfaction.  You'll learn how find your passion and hear how these women made creating a legacy their priority and how you can too.   You'll learn how Sophie Jaffe of Philosophie and Jordan Younger, The Balanced Blonde created their empires.  We'll also have a panel on Sunday with 6 women who are changing the world, this will be a Q&A session too!
5. Meditation- We all know that having a meditation practice is good for our health right?  So how come it's so hard to create a daily habit?  Ali from Dreamcatcher Wellness will teach us how to properly meditate and how to create a practice that will last! 
6. Yoga- deeply connect with your breath and body through a variety of different yoga classes throughout the weekend.  The best of the best will expose you to yoga in a way that's fresh and exciting! Do you know Erica Blitz?!
7. Connections- You'll be surrounded by a group of AMAZING women, speakers and retreat guests alike.  The type of women that prioritize personal development and happiness.  You'll have plenty of time to create new friendships that will last a lifetime.  
8. Body love- Do you ever battle with that negative voice in your head that tells you "you've gained weight" or "you shouldn't wear that?" Melanie Elkin, founder of Yoga'licious will teach us how to fall in love with our reflection and how to quiet our negative internal chatter.  She'll reconnect us with our innate beauty and restore our confidence.  
9. Environment- do you ever feel like you should be doing more to support the planet but you're not sure how?  Kaia Stachel-Zambryski, director and chair of Save The Mermaids will teach us practical ways we can change our daily habits that will make an impact locally AND globally!  Hello stainless steel straws :)   
10. Meal planning- When you have a plan, you succeed right (just like goals!)?  If you're not accomplishing your health goals, the problem could be in your lack of planning.  Certified Health Coach Lauren Bragg will walk you through her step by step process of meal planning, shopping and prep cooking for the week. Just wait and see how much money this saves you as well! 
11. Art- Janice Evert-Fontneau of Salty Hair Mamma will lead us through a super fun, creative exercise.  You'll leave with a beautiful piece of commemorative art that will remind you of your retreat experience! 
12. Farm to table food- Chef Nick Bajal head Chef at The Outpost will be feeding us VERY well throughout the weekend.  He works with local farmers and businesses to bring us the freshest, most vibrant, healthiest food money can buy!  Oh, and it's delicious, and we'll be dining under the stars! 
13. Santa Barbara beauty- if you haven't been to Santa Barbara, you'll DEFINITELY learn how gorgeous our town is.  We welcome you with open arms and can't wait for you to experience the American Riviera! 
14. Play- You'll have ample time to disconnect, relax, sleep, play, enjoy happy hour, and party!  Your experience is your to design! 
15. Head shot sessions- we're offering an add-on package for headshots!  For just $150, you'll get professional photos and makeup by Hollywood makeup artist Erin LeBre.  They've teamed up to offer this amazing opportunity which usually costs over $500! 
16. Massage- as another add-on service, Zoe will be offering 30 or 60 minute massages.  Zoe is an EXPERT in her field and delivers a custom experience to each of her clients.  So go ahead and be bad, skip a retreat session and treat yourself!
