Our Mission 

Our mission is to create a world of insanely happy, healthy women.  We provide tools, exercises, connection and methods to help women identify what's missing and how to achieve true happiness in all areas of life. We believe that when women are living their happiest lives, they can leave the greatest impact that will create a ripple effect around the world.

  • Connect: true happiness lies within positive connections whether it be within, through friends and family or to a greater purpose. 
  • Nourish: true happiness lies within nourishing our bodies, minds and souls.  This encompasses eating to fuel our beautiful bodies, delightful body movement and mindfulness. 
  • Create: true happiness lies within creating your ideal life.  This encompasses goal setting, vision work and designing your future. 
  • Love: true happiness lies within a loving environment of all things.  Notably, ourselves so that we can take care and love others.  "I'll take care of me for you if you take care of you for me," says the late Jim Rohn.

Meet Your Hosts

Lauren Bragg

Lauren is a crusader in elevating the lives of hundreds of women over the last 6 years.  She's hosted numerous workshops, cooking classes and is the Goal Digging guru of the retreat. She has a deep love for creating authentic connections, helping women thrive in a chaotic life and teaching women to love their bodies, fully and truly.  She is well known as the Head Vixen in her very popular Wellness Vixen community and enjoys teaching women how to live #likeavixen.  She is a Board Certified Health and Happiness Coach and served as the Development Coach for 2 years at Lululemon Athletica in Santa Barbara.  Visit www.lauren-bragg.com   

Janice Evert-Fontneau

Janice is the founder of Salty Hair Mamma and Little Om Yoga Tribe.  She has her Kid's Yoga teaching certificate and 200 hour RYT certification.  She grew up in the Northeast where she first developed her love of staying active through adventure in nature. She started her yoga journey in 2009. From that first practice in Nosara Costa Rica; yoga found it's place in her heart. In October, her heart exploded with the addition of her son Dylan to the family. Her love for the beach, mountains and local food fill her cup. Her mission is to connect and inspire mamas around the world to find their purpose & wildly pursue their hopes and dreams.

Haley Louda

Haley spent her childhood in Northern California and now lives in Carpinteria with her husband, sister, adopted pit bull and fluff ball cat.  She works with an awesome team of women at Drishti.com and she is a Realtor with Village Properties Realtors in Santa Barbara.  She is also an active certified yoga instructor (RYT 200).  She loves to travel more than anything!  She also loves to dance, sun meditate, cook, hike, garden, play music, be creative, and spend QT with her friends, family, and hunk of man husband.

Sarah Harrah

Sarah is Santa Barbara born and raised.  She is a recent Westmont College graduate with a degree in Kinesiology.  Her passion for people has brought her to be a group fitness coach with Burn Fat or Be Fat in Santa Barbara.  She is also breaking into the commercial real estate world working at Jaeger Partners.  She loves any outdoor activities and can be found high in the mountains or deep in the sea. 

Macauley Grant

Owner, Macauley Grant, was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and has always had a love for fitness.  Macauley has worked as a personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor in Santa Barbara for the last six years.  Macauley’s studies at UCSB and certifications in both Personal Training and Pilates allow her to offer a unique spin on private and group fitness training.

Mothersun and the Captain is mom, toddler, and baby clothes made with so much love in Santa Barbara, CA.  Over the last year, the brand has expanded to round towels, hand printed trucker hats for kids and adults, a nautical alphabet poster, coffee mugs, and nursery art prints. In June of 2015 her baby girl Soleil (“sun” in french) was born.  In March of 2015, she realized who she was.  She had become Mothersun.

The 4 Pillars of Happiness 

The activities you'll experience during Happiness Retreat are founded within the 4 Pillars of Happiness.  Each of the hands-on workshops, presentations, meals, sweat sessions and chill times connect back to the pillars.  The Happiness retreat is designed to look at your life as a whole, addressing vital aspects that we'll elevate together to create your happiest life.    

CREATE: We'll dive deep into vision and discovery work so you can set goals that truly lift you up and inspire you to achieve.  You'll leave with crystal clear 1, 5 and 10 year goals, scheduled action plans and accountability.  We'll work to define your legacy, create new habits and shed toxic anchors,  You'll learn how to manifest your goals through creating beautiful spaces, inviting energy flow and clearing clutter.  You'll learn bulletproof time management techniques that will turn your into a efficiency machine. 

CONNECT: You'll be invited to connect with your mind, body and soul through sweet sweat and movement as well as creating connections with your fellow Happiness Sisters.  You'll also be connected with a tribe of truly enlightened women that will be presenting throughout the retreat.  You'll leave with new friends, a deeper connection with your happiest self, and a juicier connection with your body. 

NOURISH: We'll be nourishing ourselves through clean, organic, local food with delicious meals created by a chef who really gets this whole Happiness thing!  You'll also learn to nourish yourself far beyond the retreat experience by learning the ins and outs of meal planning, prep cooking and grocery shopping.  

LOVE: This pillar all about the love!  Body love and self awareness workshops, platonic and romantic relationship coaching and a deep love and appreciation for your Happiness Sisters! You'll leave with tools that will allow you to elevate any relationship in your life and new self awareness that will allow you to finally love the skin you're in.  ​
